Manufacturing facility consisting of 1500m² under cover fabrication workshop, 600m² fittings workshop and large one acre stockyard.

Factory operates 7 days a week working 24 hours Mon - Sat.

Good access to M1 motorway ideally located to service the country nationwide.

Production deliveries dovetailed into key erection dates.

Lean manufacturing philosophy - improvement in factory output.

CNC equipment including FICEP Saw / Drill Line. FICEP Drilling / Punching machine. ESPRIT Thermal Plasma Cutting machine.

Three internal overhead cranes.

All fabrication carried out in accordance with the National Structural Steelwork Specification (5th Edition).

All welders qualified to British Standard BS EN 287 - 1.

Non-destructive weld testing carried out.

Production capacity up to 100 tonnes per week.
